EARTH: TAURUS, VIRGO & CAPRICORN

Earth is all to do with the physical senses and the here and now reality of the material world.

Earth relies on practical reason, rather than the inspiration and intuition of Fire.

It is attuned to the world of form which the senses and the practical mind regard as real and it has an innate understanding of how the material world functions. Supplying the basic needs comes easy to Earth.

Although considered passive, Earth has an endurance and persistence that makes it immovable. Although not considered assertive it will stand its ground or even fight to ensure its property and possessions are not threatened. It is usually cautious and conservative.

The Earth Element is earthy, grounded, practical, realistic, sensual, down to earth, stable and calm but can be conservative, cold and seen as dull by the other elements.
